Influenced by Goofy, Max is very interested in police officer and often asks Goofy questions eagerly. Mickey or Donald would sometimes pick up Max from school for Goofy, and Max would talk to them until he got home.

Pete: One of the old-timers of the department. He stays in the department to this day by taking credit for someone else's work. No one likes talking to him, so he takes it out on Mickey, who seems to be easy to bully. Although he always ends up getting beaten up. Pete has a son named Pete Jr. PJ and Max are close friends, so the two fathers are friendly with each other. But Goofy still doesn't like Pete as his co-worker.

Julius: A thief, and he's good at running away (!) Julius has been in the news lately for stealing jewelry. He has a criminal record of kidnapping children. He steals only because he doesn't want to work. Julius was always asking for trouble, and he never tired of it. He is impatient, but Mickey is even more impatient. Every time he was about to be arrested, he fought with Mickey and other policemen and was finally caught. Julius once knew Oswald from television.

summary part1 A few years ago, when Mickey was walking by the alley, he saw Pete and some of Pete's friends groping a female cat. There was a dead rabbit lying next to them.
