One of the inventors at Team Cyber watched one to many Southern drama movies, and decided to build a new member inspired by it. Charles is very sweet, but hes very gullible and cant read very well. Despite his tough baravdo, he really just wants to be a hero one day, like a sheriff! His friends/family call him 'Cherry' because in their eyes he will always be the sweet, summer child. (grown ahh man btw)
He loves his pokemon and values his family deeply. He goes on rides on his Rapidash constantly searching for criminals, but ends up making things worse accidentally. His repuation outside of Team Cyber is pretty bad because of this.
He also cant stand not wearing his hat. Hes bald without it.
