Zombies, Run! is the best app to make walking and running outside extra entertaining in theese times, and it's free! I hate running, so I need every excuse to lure me outside.. I even bought some sodas for my hubby on the way. 😁 I also use an app to do the splits in 30 days, nice to get a good stretch in every day, since there is so much sitting around.
