Still going!

My Breakfast Smoothie

I am so tired of my Nutribullet 900 overflowing that after 2 years of loving this product I am forced to find a different brand. I should have never upgraded the original one was fine.

I stopped using protein powder and switched to cottage cheese. I hate the stuff but I don't even taste it in my smoothie. I've also cut way back on bananas. I now freeze them and use maybe half of a small one. The smoothie tastes too thin without some banana. I had a big one today because I didn't have any the past few days. My coffee habit has been replaced by Yerba Mate. I love #guayaki the best. I order it in bulk from the site. I noticed the teabags in the store taste totally weak compared to the ones I purchase directly from Guayaki. I now only have coffee maybe once on the weekends or if we find a Cuban coffee place I have a coffee Colada and drink it all myself!

I spent last weekend in #FortLauderdale, so of course I had delicious coffee!

This is me with our #Tahoe at the beach, we stopped for a while, it was super windy. 

Bad news is I took #Amtrack for the first time in like 15 years and Friday is was 4 hour late getting to the station due to an accident, Monday when I took it home, it was 5 hours late because we hit a jogger who was running on the side of the tracks with headphones on and he did not hear the train whistle and did not see us because he was running in the direction we were traveling, poor guy was killed instantly. So we had to wait for police, the coroner, and all the officials to investigate and we were literally in the middle of nowhere so they had to trek in down the tracks a few miles. I fell so bad for the guy but really running near train tracks with headphones????
