There’s something really special about trying something new and letting yourself be a beginner again. 🧘‍♀️ I stepped onto the mat for the first time not knowing what to expect, and honestly… it was such a unique experience. Slowing down, tuning into my body, and just moving with intention felt so different from my usual routine.

I’m Chelsea. I officially hit 18 this year, and honestly, the "waiting room" phase of my life is over. I'm done watching from the sidelines; it’s time to actually get my hands dirty with some real-world experience.

I’m here to stop overthinking and start doing. New risks, new cities, and probably a few mistakes along the way—but at least they'll be my mistakes. This is the part where I stop asking for permission and start finding out what I'm actually capable of.
