Stunning Hebridean lamb from Kern Farm on the Island. The lambs are taken down to Dorset and are allowed to munch away on nice grass for a few days before their time comes. I admire this so much (but still not ideal) as it's so much kinder to the animal rather than just direct from the lorry into the abattoir after a stressful journey over land and water.
