Had another student leave yesterday.. It saddens my heart knowing that life may not allow me to see him grow as a chef.. But I have faith the planet is small enough to put us in the same room someday.. Be on the look out i will be written on my blog about the Las group of students that sincerely hold my heart in their hands.. They are really a great bunch of kids.. And even better bunch of friends..

All I own is in the back of my truck, and I am ready to embark on my newest journey.. I wish to make a small statement.. I may not own a lot of things but I do know that I am the richest man in the world. Rich with family and friends, and these gifts are more precious than gold.. Thank you all for your support, thank you all for your friendship and kindness. Thank you for helping me find myself along the way.. My professors gave me the strength and wisdom to find what I needed most.. I appreciate you for helping me find my confidence. Most of all I thank all of you for helping me find myself.. God bless you all for all you have done for me, just being the kind word gave me faith and those that supported more gave me the foundation to believe I am great.. I wish you all the best in your careers, and pray that all Be in Gods blessings.. Farewell and she our paths cross again let us drink and be merry, feast and hearty, love and be joyously happy.. As i embark on my newest journey, I bid you all farewell, and wish you all the bed from your careers.. Not only did i meet some of the greatest and creative minds, but some of the most inspirational professors I could of ever hope to have learned from.. To my friends mentors and family, thank you... First of many for graduation... But its so early

Tomorrow morning I graduate college with a degree in culinary arts.. And I leave for Maine to start my life reuniting with my daughter as well as a career in this field.. I ask if you can spare anything at all on my profile is the link and add I to my go fund me account.. I am using this moment not only to get to Maine but as a start.. This is how you graduate from Miami Dade Culinary school.. My last week and I leave to start my relationship with my daughter and my culinary career.. I can still use your help, any thing helps I just need to get there, and gas money is all I am asking for.. I will be shutting down the go fund me on May 2, 2015 @ 11pm.. Please help..
