Drugs was the only thing that kept me happy, but it was a trap, my mind was spinnin' and I let them catch me, harass me, fill my insanity, fuck the clarity, yeah I was poppin' pills but that's back when I was livin' carelessly My best friend told me to quit, in fact I promised him I'd stop doin' that shit, I told him when the bottle was empty I'd stop, I was on a roll and I wasn't looking to quit, but my body was the pills had me feelin' sick, that's why I reached out to my best friend so love to him because he was the one that made me wanna quit I think it's been over a year now and sometimes I want to go back I want to pop a pill, because of the way it makes me feel or maybe it's just the void I was trying to fill, shit who knows.

I gave my alllll to someone not too long ago, I trusted that everything he said out of his mouth was nothing but the truth because I mean why would he lie to me? Why would he want to hurt me? People tried to tell me though but I was like okay whatever 🙄 in my conscience I knew, I had that feeling in my gut but no I didn't listen to it until days kept passing & I wasn't happy, I was being ignored, lied to in certain ways, probably played & an old friend made me realize that I needed to let him go & I knew it too. So I did. Yeah I cried & it was hard but you know what it needed to be done because at the end of the day it doesn't matter how much you like someone, how much you love someone, how much you care about someone or how much you want to be with someone, if things aren't right & you know you've tried to talk to him/her & nothing's changed & you aren't happy, it's time to let go, even if it hurts or breaks your heart. & that took a lot for me to do it.
