me: i’m like so struggling right now to be honest. this is like honestly the toughest day i’ve had here in this competition and i’m… i like to be professional and this is just embarrassing for me. i just, i wanna do better than this and i’m hitting a wall… i wanna talk real and i’m like in a room with people and this is the chance of a lifetime and i’m finding myself having a conversation with… myself. you know i have not been to this place before so i’m trying to like.. be funny. i just don’t know what’s better, should i not talk about my feelings or should i j- i mean obviously just keep moving on..

Makeup makes me feel, happy. It becomes a veil, and it’s like I’m taking a moment with my vessel, Kurtis, then allowing this female presence to work through me. It helps me get through any sadnesses or extremes that I might be feeling or facing because it helps to quiet my nerves.

who am i? it seems like an easy question. and then i realize, maybe the name belongs to whoever has the courage to fight. and so i tell them. i tell them who i am.
