It felt weird to be back in town. Not bad, per se, but weird. And just a little like she never left.

Wanted Opposite: Jayden Walker
Close with Brooke and Lydia's older brother, Jayden was a member of the Summerville High Football Team. A skeptic at first, it took him a while to accept that creepy things were real and not every mystery ended with someone in a mask (some did...but not all).
What happened to him post high school is wide open. But he's most definitely headed back to Summerville (provided he left) as he can't wait to be reunited with the gang. And the rest of his class, he supposes.

Bio:
An only child, Brooke's bond with her friends (aka The Sleuth Society) meant everything to her. And still does.
Was around 14 when the "Sleuth Society" solved their first mystery. By the time she was 17, she and the others were what one would call local celebrities.
Being pretty and popular, Brooke has always had an easy time getting people to talk to her. Now this comes with the added bonus of a press pass.
In High School, Brooke very clearly fell into the "cheerleader / popular girl" stereotype. Nowadays she works as a broadcast journalist. She tried doing it in "the big city" but as that didn't work out, she's back and working for a local station.

THE BASICS
An original character based on the "Snoop" archetype from Evil Hat's Monster of the Week with influences from such things as Buffy and Scooby Doo.
My hope is that this will turn into an exploration of the teen detective / ghost hunting genre. As well as the themes of friendship, family (both blood and found), nostalgia, coming home, and what happens when one's past doesn't stay in the past.
Mostly I am going to be making all this up as I go along. As one does.
I am waaaaaay too old for the drama. Please remember that IC and OOC are not the same thing and that nothing Brooke says IC should be taken personally.
Same goes for anon hate. Too old for it. Either sign your name to it or shut the fuck up.
SELECTIVE-NESS
While the main description lists this blog as highly selective, I would say semi-selective will most likely end up being more accurate. Mostly I like to keep my dash clean and am terrified of people. But chances are, if you follow me, I’ll follow you back. Provided, of course, I have some understanding of your muse.
Occasionally, I may not follow someone back. And usually there is a reason. Not like a bitchy reason; more a practical one. Like posting an excessive amount of NSFW photos/artwork. I tend to pop in and out of tumblr while at work and well…I just can’t risk having dicks all over my dash.
SHIPPING
Brooke here is bisexual, which means her ships will be a mix of f/m and f/f. Really, I will ship almost anything provided there is chemistry.
That being said, this blog will be multi-verse and multi-ship. Unless discussed as a plot point beforehand, Brooke is not cheating on anyone.
