“ Oh sorry, didn’t see you - ”
Caught short, not something the Doctor often faced nor lack of words …. But then, he hadn’t thought he’d cross her path, Rose Tyler. It would be his luck, running into her && him caught off guard, but he managed … offering her an apologetic smile, as he took a step back. Had to create distance, had to remain who he was to her … a stranger.
“ Sorry, again. Anyways are you alright, miss ?? ”
His smile remained friendly, as his hands hid behind his back, had to remain in character. If he didn’t want to disrupt the time line or male her follow him later, he had to keep up his front. Carry on, as he always would …
The way she spoke, only made his mind race, endless questions were never a fun thing. Not when he was unaware of where, in her time line, he was crossing. If he had to guess however …. it still didn’t play out well for him. The planet they were on, he hadn’t brought her to, when he was still his former self.
Which meant, she was already separated from him, but for how long ?? That was the point he needed to know, but was hardly going to find out, not when she said she was stranded.’ Oh bloody hell … So much for my plans …. ’ A thought, though it would’ve sounded like a complaint, was a silent blessing. Whatever point she was from, he at least, wouldn’t run into himself.
“ Ah, Rose Tyler ?? That’s a name I haven’t heard of, in a while… probably as long as you’ve, nor heard of The Doctor, hm ?? ”
His tone was the same && he hoped, she would catch on to his meaning. He knew there was a chance of their meeting was meant to happen or not, but he was a gambling man in this life … at least when it came to his luck. With his hand extended, he gestured to her as he once did, a smile still there.
“ Though, I’m sure you’ve figured me out, haven’t you …. Rose. ”
Her name was a ghost to his lips, but he still…. managed to hold himself together.
Her thoughts raced as she planned ahead, knowing she would have to steal a spaceship and hope for the best-
The racing ideas crashed to a halt at the words the man before her spoke.
He knew her. She studied him her eyes moving from his eyes to his face, to the way he was dressed and then actually looked at him.
But it was the gesture and his next words that solidified what she figured out in her mind… her eyes watered in pure relief.
“Doc’ta?” She almost whispered, barely holding it together herself…
And then she couldn’t resist any longer and rushed forward wrapping her arms around his neck in a hug, tears falling down her face.
She didn’t care that he had changed again, she knew it was only a matter of time with his life, but she didn’t care, because she had found him and he was here…
…he found her.
It was a moment that had haunted him, so many times being in his mind, when he was sent back into his memories. The hopes && regrets of his past lives, but when she spoke his title ... he was once again the Doctor she once knew, a smile appearing in his lips, as he ran a hand through his hair. A habit that remained, but the gesture of it, had differed.
When she finally hugged him though, his arms automatically moved to hold her close, as he just held her there. No one took mind to them, as he couldn't help his joy, giving them a small spin, before he finally set her back down. He didn't let her go, but pulled back to have a look at her, seeing the damage he had done...
" Oh Rose, you've been naughty, hm ?? You shouldn't have, but heck, I've missed you. "
Why deny his feelings for her, she knew && always had. Just took him a while, to finally come to terms with himself, still working on it. Seeing a former life's favorite partner, companion, he was beside himself. Even if he knew they would need to talk, he was happy to see her, to know she was still his Rose.

Though, how true that statement was, could be up for debate. After all, the TARDIS had brought Rory && the Doctor to this planet, of which they found had organic life ... When they had found out however, was after spending the night in a trap, that neither could break. Anything that wasn’t electronic or metal, the Doctor’s sonic failed to be helpful.
The only up side, was the natives were not going to kill them, yet. The Doctor had seen many civilization’s && held a hand in many of them, but this group was new to him. He’d never heard or seen the people, that had found them. Regardless, he was thankful the TARDIS helped bridge the langue barrier, even though they were stilled tied up. Seemed trust was not one of the people’s qualities, he’d have to fix that.

The sight of three female natives, walking to them with platter’s of fruit, carefully placed them down. The guards, of which had been watching over them since arriving, released their binding, nodding for them to eat. It wasn’t the best situation, but the Doctor knew, he’d figure something out. He just hoped Rory would be fine with this Unexpected adventure, just the two of them.

Rose Tyler : First human to come into contact with me, she was young && I was old, yet she came along. Funny how a single human being, changed so much of the world && I tagged along. That’s what I find to be my favorite thing of Rose, she reminded me, of how I saw the universe … All of time && space, held emotions again && it’s all because of Rose.
Captain Jack Harkness : We were fated to meet, that is the only explanation to meeting Jack && the long life we both live … The choices he has made, I may not have always agreed with, but he was smart. Despite my disliking of him joining TOURCHWOOD, he was protecting me && Earth, selfless. His selflessness, is what I favor with Jack.
The Master : We were once the closest of friends, but we both went mad … Though are intention’s always differed, there were times, where I held hope. That all in mind, what I admire or favor of my old friend, is his resilience. There will never be a day where I don’t wonder, is he truly gone or will he turn up again …. && I honestly, wouldn’t mind, if he came back into my life.
Amy Pond : Oh … There are so many thing’s to be said about Amelia, but my favorite thing about her, was her fight. Even when there would be no winning, she fought && fought for her belief’s, which I can not fault anyone of.
Donna Nobel : …. I still check on her, she’s done wonderful in her life, beautiful children too. That said, when she traveled with me, she was always brilliant. Even if she never held faith in herself, Donna will always be the most important woman, to the universe …. Also a space man, who happen to fall into her world. My favorite thing about Donna, her wit, even if she never saw it… I did.
Martha Jones : Ah, a proper Doctor she is && I have to say, that’s my favorite thing about Martha. She carries the title of Doctor && gives it justice, she is a care giver. Even when she walked the Earth && told my story, she was still a caregiver. I wish nothing, but the best, for her && her work.
Rory Pond : Oh, Rory is one of my best friends, then all my companions are some sort of best friend …That all in mind, Rory holds a special place in my hearts, for his sentiments. Rory is always the logical thinker, but he truly is a man with a lot of heart, which I truly admire. I know, he would do great thing’s && he did.
Clara Oswald : The impossible girl, a Dalek who made souffle’s, my friend … I’d have been lost without her && my favorite thing about her, would be her patience. I’m an old relic, still stuck in my own personal hell, but she always kept faith. Always reminded me, of the man I have always tried to be … She brought me back from the shadows && I can never thank her enough.
Mickey Smith : He was never the tin dog, but he was always my friend. Even when Mickey was scared, he found his courage && I think that’s my favorite thing of him. He always pushed himself, even when he was terrified, he never gave up …

The answer was the truth && it held no ill intent, but he didn’t ... That was a sad thing about being so old, you start to repress or forget thing’s, though he’d never admit it. After all, he looked so much younger, then he knew to be true && His previous self ... Set them up.
For whatever the reason may be, he sighed softly, as he went on.

It really was, not that he couldn’t give one, but only one ?? Well, that was the hard part, as he had several times he wished he could go back to. That said, it made it very difficult to avoid those times, to spare himself && the universe, a rather big ‘ oops ‘. That in mind, the Doctor felt himself smirk, as a hand ran through his hair, like he once would.
❝ It would have to be when I met Thatcher, before she knew who I really was && what I actually did .... When I was able to have the slowness of life && I enjoyed it. That would be the safest && most relevant, of my choices. ❞

It was a new planet or new to his companion, Amelia Pond. After so long of traveling together, his call for her, was nothing new But, this adventure was for fun. it wasn’t too often, when the universe wasn’t in need of his meddling hand, but when it was ... He took the opportunity && shared in a good memory, with his companion.
Amelia had been nothing, but FANTASTIC && he thought she deserved a calm adventure Maybe. Honestly, he hoped not, but the universe wasn’t a kind one at times. Opening the TARDIS door’s though, he was beaming with excitement. Landed in the middle of a market place, off somewhere, where Human’s had yet to be.
