Rumbling echoes of gushing liquid that rushes through the steel hydrant pipes, converting into splashes of water which meets the ceramic basin with his teeth shut in a bite. Furious rubbing of hands against one another, as if not squeaky clean, the pores and fine lines that started to disappear with every abrasive tug of skin. Foam that were coloured in a tingly kind of pink, some with rubies embedded onto the sink, trying to hush the empty silence with a humming sing. But as the tap continued to flow, and his bloodied hands started to turn cold, you should stay in bed Honey, his voice dripped low. It was the monster that awoke, always dormant in his soul, that shook and took whenever your heart broke. You eyed as he pumped more and more soap, the burgundy red that masked his hands, slowly washing away with little hope.
