“I had the worst night last night with these random bangs. I don’t even know what they were, but they were so loud,” the redhead sighed as she rubbed her temples. The last thing she wanted to deal with right now is flashbacks from what happened because of the loud noises. “Do you want to get coffee? I’ll buy. “could have been the ground exploding?” bash offered, “well not the ground but the vents on the street...whatever the fuck those things are called. you know, the circles? sometimes there’s too much steam and it causes them to burst. it’s loud as fuck. welcome to new york.” he said with a chuckle, “oh, you are totally speaking my language.” the actor looped an arm within hers, “let’s get coffee.”

“You got any good jokes? I was kind of dared to do a routine at this open mic joint next Thursday. No clue if I’ll go through with it, but it never hurts to be prepared, amirite?”

“oh god...” the performer’s eyes widened as he gave a shake of his head, “i am NOT the guy to be asking. once for an audition, they surprised me and were like ‘okay now tell us your best joke.” bash rummaged a hand through the curls atop of his head, “i was totally not prepared. all i said was “a guy walks into a bar...ow.”  he chuckled again, “god, it was bad. i’ll totally go and support you though.”
