This is a great way to creatively package merchandise. I love how they use the same packaging that that company would use for there own. It’s also great cause it makes you want to keep the box for displaying with the funko pop and that the box is also part of the item that your buying.

Here are 5 different fonts from dafont. The first one has quite a movie and magical vibe to it. Whereas the second one is just straight romance and Valentine themes. The third one is horror cause it looks like it’s been scratched on with fingernails. The “white chick” one look quite vintage and old. kind of the sort of thing that a 50s American diner would have. Finally the “GONZI” one is very cinematic and definitely gives of a blockbuster vibe.

This product stands out to me because of its bold and color full art style. The font of the text is also very big and stands out. The mascot is there so it appeals to kids so they think it’s really exiting

This is Ron English he creates very horrific digital art. He likes to expose businesses and mega corporations (mc Donald’s) for what they really do to people. E.g the mc Donald one they are all obese and fat cause that’s what it really does to you even though they promote it as “healthy”. There was also the cereal killer boxes which have the same idea.

These are my character designs for the mascot on the bottle/car fuel. I wanted it to be a really ugly, toxic, gross monster thing. And that what comes in the bottle is actually the monster on the label. He also had to be quite a gross color so I think green was good choice for that.

My winning and losing screens I wanted to be a joke. I have purposely made them look bad since I wanted it to be a running joke that my entire game looks like a mobile game.

Fail/losing screens are a bit different to winning screens. Usually they have a much darker tone and big block letters saying DEFEAT or TRY AGAIN. And nearly always have a restart button to try again.

Here’s some winning screens for games. They all share something in common that they all say victory or congratulations to show that you’ve one and that you know that. Usually you are taken to a different screen to be greater by this victory screen. They are all quite bright and positive

Unrelated but here’s some horrific drawings I’ve done. I get my inspiration from my sleep paralysis demons and they said there favourite is the SpongeBob one cause it looks like me.

This is my title screen for my game I wanted it to be simple but dramatic so there’s light that fades out from the middle. I really wasn’t sure about the name so I put in a generic cheap mobile game name. Swamp car 3d. I basically just described what the game is in the title which is what it should do so

My game goal is to collect all the coins. So there’s a huge loop of a track and you have to keep going round until you’ve collected them all. Some of them are harder to get than others like I think one is midair when you drive of a cliff.

In these games you can win by either deafeating the other player or completing and carrying out a task. In my game I wanted it to be coins so you have to collect them all to win. The win screens are usually really color full and full of praise to feel and motivate you to feel like you’ve achieved something.

my car development is done and im happy with the final product. The initial idea was that the car was supposed to look like a tree trunk but as it went on i realised it just looked bad so i changed it. i wanted it to look beaten and dirty so hence the mud splatters.

Here’s some research that supports some of my game ideas. I researched how the mariokart coins worked and I new I wanted a collectible coin to collect around the map. I also remember from when I was little I used to play the Lego Star Wars the complete saga game and specifically in the pod racing level there are these boosters that make you go like insanely fast and I knew I wanted one of those

All these games where made in unreal engine and are great games. They all have a very similar play style and mechanics. These are all actually quite old games except fortnite that’s only a few years old. It just shows the amount of time that went into these games since they where made in like 2005

Unreal engine is a game making company created by epic games. You can make super realistic environments and amazing imersive worlds. You can add cinematic clips and it even has different modes like car driving, first person shooter, flying and even virtual reality. So many amazing games have been made using this software such as fortnite and ark survival evolved

The physics in unreal engine I found is just so difficult I actually found all of it difficult so it was just impossible for me. But here’s what I know about the physics. There’s a button on the side that lets you enable and disable it so if you have it on then gravity is enabled and if you hit something it’ll come back down. But if it’s off then everything will just be floating around like in space.
