I’m thinking in this au Soviet is the status-quo one rather than a revolutionary and America’s clan is a lot like scourge where they just try to take over. There’d still be American propaganda that Soviets way is bad but it’s lwk funnier when it’s been working forever and America’s the revolutionary.

Soviet can still be a revolutionary but we change the way clans usually function and Soviets is like our cannon-esque clan but he has no blueprint and also the suspicion of being a revolutionary to contend with

LMAO YEAH im guessing cat soviets main goal is to unite all the clans together into one big clan because how the clans function internally is already pretty much what he wants he just doesnt fw the hard borders because i dont think he sees much of a difference between clans they all are basically the same in everything other than name. while cat ames main goal is basically Western Expansion he doesnt wanna unite the clans he just wants to have the biggest and most important clan and to also claim just a shit ton of territory and have control over most of the pray. theres probably more politics going on than Just that but thats like the basic idea. they but heads a lot they are just very opposite type of leaders.
