Oh yeah one hundred percent. I also feel like though this doesn’t happen nearly as most people think it would. Like homie if you’re an adult with the abilities to go to an entire alien world, they at least would have more common sense then the normal Pesky Teen players. Understand that if a monster girl/guy wants you to go spy on the enemy tribe before they take you for a moonlit stroll, realize you’re being used.

I don’t think Creatures that have card art would really be into the coutner Culture scene, if that makes any sense. The Creatures everyone tends to know don’t really seem like the type. Like, Maybe a character like Vlar that’s was very “tribes suck” before Kiru convinced him to hang around. But I feel like if any Creature would be like “hey I’m gonna date a human to make society mad” it’d probably be like…just some punk nobody.

Okay so this question seems kinda weird cause I feel like were missing the fact that Intresss and Takinom would have a lot to say. Like, homie, they’re the ones losing the fight! So I’m gonna do four perspectives instead of two.

(Y/N) A human defeated me/my second in command! What the fuck?

Intress:

Assuming this wouldn’t be a battle or anything, Intress and you (human) would probably be sparing. Maybe You’d made comment about how a Creature and a Human could go head to head without powers, maybe it was mild curosity. Point being, someone said to put your money where your mouth is, and set up a match.

Of course, Intress only goes slightly easy on you at first. You’re a human! But seeing as you’re able to keep up and land some actually jabs, she starts to match your intensity with her own. Pretty soon, you both manage to get into a groove, even getting worn down, but neith surrendering.

She’s stronger, but you manage to capture her arm as she aims a throw and send her out of bounds. She catches herself from getting slammed to the ground, Cat like reflexes, but she’s impressed none the less.

Totally asks you on how you did certin technics, and would even show you some Perim fighting styles. Enemies come in all shapes and sizes here, not everything works as it would on her.

Maxxor:

Same boat, he was more curious then anything. If he was being honest, he knows Intress is better at hand to hand then he is. So when the match began he took a break from his training to see the results.

In all honesty, he was a little surprised at how some human techiques seemed to work well. Most Players he saw running around only ported out, with the exception of Tom and his group.

Reguardless he’s even more surprised that you pull through the winner, but it’s all in good fun and Intress seems to already swaping tips and tricks with you. Later on, he might try to spare with her, trying to implement some moves he saw you pulled. The Overworld lord was mildly impressed!

Takinom:

It’s a little different for the Underworlders. Maybe you found yourselves at a disagreement. Maybe you said something a little to boldly and crudely to Takinom. Reguardless, you find yourself dragged out of Chaors throne room to the castle court yard.

Takinom’s very much in the mind of teaching you a lesson? But after you managed to talk her down feom powers into a one on one fight, she’s intrigued. Seeing what a human could actually be capiable of? Well, sure, it’d give her a better understanding of what players like you and Kaz were really able to do.

Of course, she tries to make quick work of you, but you’re actually quicker then she thinks. In a matter of moments you actually manage to push her out of the sparring parameters, but the fight doesn’t stop. Soon, you’re both rushing through the courtyard, trading blows as various other Underworlders watch in excitment and anticipation. Finally, however, you manage to land a blow that does require her to use her wings to keep herself from falling.

Of course she’s miffed, but theres also a spark of pride that you, a simple human, could keep up with a top teir Underworlder general. You are quickly roped into weekly sparring matches and Takinom makes you her little project, learning from you as you do her.

Chaor:

You think you’re gonna get through the castle and not have Chaor see you two sparing?! Bull. He’s actively checking in every now and then while dealing with boring ruler shit. Stuck in the war room twlking about an Overworlder raid? Oh hey look their’s you and Takinom outside the tent. Having to walk to the dungeons to deal with some punks? Oh wow they’re still going at it.

Theres even a few times he yells at Takinom to finish you off, but it’s almost clear that he doesn’t mean it.

He is surprised that, since he misses the ending, he has to hear from Takinom how you bested her.

Powers similar to hunter x hunter or rwby with weapons and aura to back them up.

Not gonna lie I don’t watch either of that stuff! But I think I get what your putting down!

Human with Super powers in Perim!

Okay so, we’ve already seen humans can wield battle gear and such. Creatures may consider humans weaker and more sneaky/coniving then anything, but if a Player puts their mind too it they could actually do some damage. So a human that’s able, in their mind, to actually use attacks would be something they would be more intrested/Catious of. So if this one human can use powers akin, not the same to but akin to Creatures, can others? Why’s this human different? Etc etc.

Most likely to Smooch an Adult Chaotic Player!

Okay so! Right off the bat I feel like generally the Danians and M’arrillians would be the least receptive to having relations with a human in general. Now I’m not saying there isn’t going to be someone who’d be up for some hand holding, long walks along the sand and such! Just looking into their societies as they are reveals that they tend to be less human-like compared to the other tribes. M’arrillians are more eldritch aquatic, and willing to drown anything that didn’t breathe water to make Perim their home. Danians follow more hive ideals, and considering the fact that they’re a lot more army/military focused then, I’d argue, any other tribe; the chances of getting a lil love bug are slimmer than most. Granted, if the human’s cool with getting parasites or mind controlled, well, who knows?

Going on from there, you got the Mipedians, who are sort of in the mid area between what I consider the major groups. From what we’ve seen they’re actually really friendly to players who actually mean to get to know them. For a group so shrouded in mystery, I’d imagine anyone trying to make genuine connections is a burden off their shoulders. But of course, there's a similar vein to the above where the majority of the tribe is reptilian in nature. Falling for a high ranking official would probably be a lot riskier than getting with a common scout, but who's to say a Midpedian isn’t used to keeping secrets. Forbidden romances amongst the sands and all that.

Over and Underworlders are tied for the most likely to smooch a human, no doubt about it. Mostly due to bio-diversity and more mammals members being found. Now, is it uncommon? For sure, humans are like the equivalent of aliens for Creatures, I’m pretty sure. Not everyone can see the appeal in a fleshy, scrawny, seeming powerless and sneaky person mucking around. But if The Human manages to prove themselves, they’d have a partner willing to ride hell or high water to defend their name.

Tribless are too far and few between to pinpoint. No tribe loyalty to fall back on, most Tribeless we’ve seen are more animalistic than others, etc etc. The Human could go for it but, well, proceed with caution.

The Which!

Now, Going back to you saying “Which Creatures”, I get a general sort of feeling about those who aren’t really high on the chain of commands. Scouts like H’earring, Slackers like Wamma, even creatures that don’t really have cards like simple farmers, waunders and such. These are people that don’t have as much initial responsibility, or worry to uphold tradition to the tribes. Your bards and such like Accato would also probably fall into this sort of category, due to the novelty of having a human paramore. Granted I wouldn’t be surprised if certain creatures would catch on to how valuable having a human who can travel to locations at will is, and thus would only get with a human because of that.

Basically the Human would probably most likely be able to get with a low ranking Underworlder/Overworlder, but either be kept hidden until proven worthy or used for their abilities. They’d have to be someone who understood that the Human could vanish at any time. And anything involving proper courtship, growing old together, etc, was ether impossible or a pipe dream. To add a lil spice, the Codemaster’s probably aren’t too keen on the idea of a Player and a Creature locking lips so the human would have to keep an eye out as well.

Okay this is a big beefy question. Luckily I’ve legit been thinking about a fic idea like this for ages. And to be fair, we also kinda see this in the show when Peyton battles that famous music dude (if I remember right). So going on with what happens in the show and what we know about Chaotic, let's get into the Human band in Perim! Sorry if the formattings a lil weird, got this one set up via google docs.

Performance in Perim! (+ Tribe tastes)

Taking into the nature of Chaotic, and how the cultural exchange of human shit for scans seems to go sometimes; I don’t think it’s uncommon for more musically included players to band up and show off their skills. Granted, most Chaotic players seem to be teens, so you’d really have to show off some skills for the local tavern owner to actually let you perform in line, a venue or anything. From there, it would depend on where you perform and what music you’re trying to play.

Human shit? Well, that’s probably what the groups gonna play, but now you gotta bank on the audience of creatures understanding human references and shit. Let alone hoping the music is catchy enough that they vibe. Now that I think about it I wouldn’t be surprised if humans who learned Permin songs as well as mugic melodies would be considered charming or more respectable. Kind of like how certain birds can pick up tunes they hear, or going through the effort to properly learn other cultures melodies. From there a human band performing in Perim would have to factor size, fame, and resources.

Electricity isn’t exactly on tap (kinda), and I doubt the code masters or the tribes want a huge human stage left somewhere in any of the locations. More or less, if you’re a really popular group and you get local and Code master approval; hosting an actual concert could be done! And if you’re at a professional level where Humans come in waves to see it, you can bet a few creatures are gonna wander up wondering what the fuss is about. If your group’s smaller scale, then you're looking at street corners, random taverns if you're lucky, and whatever locations you just want to practice in.

As for preferences in genres, I feel like trying to narrow down what Genre they like and dislike would be a bit tricky? Just like humans, everyones got their own tastes! One dude may love screamo and jazz and hate pop, and the same could be the opposite of the other, and so on. You’ll probably have a lot of creatures that claim they hate human music all together, or other that think it can spice up the already diverse genres Perim music has to offer. I do think a lot of the old folks prefer acoustic music over anything more techno/auto tuned based. Just cause technology seems to be in the funky lil point in Perim history, where it’s fresh and kinda advancing, although mostly for warfare. Actually now that I think about it, I do wonder if music with anti war themes would be welcomed or shunned. Who knows?

FORGETTING! WHICH! BLOG WERE ON!!!!

UHHHHH OKAY so upon thinking about this, I think I’m gonna stick with no NSFW and Romance Adults Only.

Explanation under the cut but the jist of it is that I’m an Adult. I don’t want to write nsfw on an unprotected blog for minors to see. Also since I’m an adult, any and all romance options are going to be Adult pov character X Canon Adult Character, or Canon Adult Character X Canon Adult Character.

Okay! So i can kinda see this happening in two ways. We’re gonna handle it least to most exciting, but the idea itself is actually kinda cool!

What if Takinom and Intress were sisters, and suddenly the public knows about it:

Option A: Tribes knew

Kind of in the similar vein as their adoptive daughters, I feel like if it became public knowledge they’d both just brush it aside. Granted, this is assuming that their respective tribes knew as well, so it’s only really a shock to Chaotic Players, and maybe the Danians and Mipedians. All and all it’d be the newest hos gossip for about a week till it fades into the background. Of course there’d be players who’d be like “hey you guys should patch up”, but anyone who even remotely gets close to ether of them to say this is ether shut down verbally or with an attack aimed their way. This would also be another reason Aivenna and Nivenna consider tribe higher then family, seeing as their moms both have the same connection to their aunts, etc.

Option B: No one knew

Honestly I feel like it wouldn’t be to far to say he’d probably had met a Mipedian Leader before, but they’d probably been super secrective about it. Still, I get what your laying down, so let’s work with that!

What if Peyton personally met any of the Mipedian Royals/leaders:

Mudeenu:

Right off the bat, we know Mudeenu’s not gonna play nice with any old human. Any meeting would be to ether gain an uppe hand, or to see what the fuss was about. If it’s the former, then we know Peyton’s not gonna try and rat anyone out, being friendly if Mudeenu is poilte and curt if Mudeenu isn’t. And while Peyton’s probably one of the nicest players in chaotic, he’s also kind of a goof ball, someone Mudeenu wouldn’t consider to highly of. Any first time meeting would be both giving the other a rather bad first impression. Maybe, if they really were forced to work together, they might begin to see beyond the surface of the other, but that’s a big if. Peyton’s not like Kaz or Tom, he’s not gonna blindly hang on Mudeenu’s words.

Overall Expirence: Totally not cool, dude.

Iflar:

Now we’re dabbling in the “to each there own” interpitation of characters. Since Iflar never showed up in the show (as of 07/02/21), this is gonna be my take on the character from their card art and presented world building. With that in mind, I feel like Iflar’s actually a lot like Peyton, in the sense of he’s a more go with the flow/take things as they come kind of dude. Of course this isn’t going to mean he’s a goober, but I’d imagine he’d take Peyton as he is, a kind teenager who just wants to help people, make friends, and get decent scans. While Peyton would be stoked to meet the elusive crown prince, his sincerity would probably knock a lot of his serious, royals walls down. Not to mention Iflar’s entire thing is everyone undersetimating him based on his apperance, so he’d know that there was more to Peyton then his cousin sees.

Overall Expirence: Totally bodacious!

Na-Inna:

Much like Iflar, I feel like Na-Inna would be a little more open to meeting Peyton then Mudeenu. While we only know thats she’s a distant cousin to Mudeenu, and that she wears her status on her person (the royal Mipedian sigils, etc), that’s pretty much it. She’s a student of Dibanni, a mipedin Muge and known (by the wiki) for his kindness. So I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch for her to be open to meeting Peyton ether through Dibanni, or one of her peers. Peyton would probably be just as stoked, but more in the sense of “hey here’s a new friend! :D ” more then anything. I kind of like the idea that they’d talk about the more music side of mugic, since Peyton fancies himself a bit of a music fan.
