I think your point is excellent. But also consider:
That list might say things like “Paint a picture. Go birdwatching. Finish that great novel I started reading. Call my grandma. Learn to bake a cake. Visit my sister. Play piano.”
For me at least, the good/fun things are harder without meds too. I can have the best intentions, but following through is hard.
This addition is so important.
Yeah. I once made a post in which I complained about being frustrated at my brain, and one of the things I said was:
“I should not be struggling this much to do things that I want to do and have the time, space, energy, and skills to do. Actually, when I list it all out like that, I should not be struggling at all to do those kinds of tasks.”
And I STILL somehow got a rant about capitalism in the comments. And I do understand where it’s coming from, yes, but goddamn did I not make myself clear? Did I not say Things That I Want To Do???

I have to take a lot of meds. I got get seriously sick if I stop taking some of them (ie: my birth control). It sucks that it costs so much.
Aw! I have to take ADHD meds as well as heart meds , to help wit’ something the ADHD meds caused! Also I need allergy meds!
Real. I need my adhd meds, mood regulators, sleep meds (insomnia), birth control, and anxiety meds. Sucks it costs so much.

The Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comics started out as a pretty standard “funny talking animal comic”. In issue 20 they became a comic that wanted to start telling more set stories.
The funny thing is that the transition happens in the middle of an issue, and there is a visible jump in quality between pages.
Just look at this. These are sequential pages in the same comics (Archie Sonic issue 20)
The tone difference between the two stories in this issue will give you whiplash.
In the first story, Sonic accidentally becomes invisible and tricks Robotnik into thinking he’s a ghost.
The second story is about Sally planting bombs at Robotniks base when she encounters another solider form a different resistance cell, and she has to make a judgement call about whether or not he’s a spy
That is in fact the “No Fun Allowed” robot. It’s a Swatbot! These are Dr Robotniks standard foot spider robots in the early Archie Sonic Comics.
They’re mostly played for jokes in the early issues, which made it hard to take them seriously when the series was trying to be more serious.
They mostly get replaced and over shadowed by Shadow Swatbots and Combots later on in the series. Both of which are far more intimidating imo
