Pre-Steven body is goals right now. Let’s see if I can make it happen. My only personal goal for this new year. getting back to a weight that will help maintain my diabetes. The struggle is going to be hard but I will lose 25lbs before the end of next year. Hopefully this evening schedule don’t mess up my plans.
