I thought I'd start out by helping people to realize they can help even if they don't think they can (by literally doing things they do everyday already). These are one of those ways:

So you wanna help out? Donate to a cause? Or at least...you WOULD if you had any money. Well here's the deal. You can make money for charities without actually spending any yourself. Through internet sites. I use them all the time, and hey, if you have left over money after making a donation, you can easily pocket that money. YOU JUST EARNED MONEY. And simply by searching, or watching videos, or playing games. I know, I've been using these sites for a year now, and no, it's not a good source of "income" or something you can do to quite your job. But it's a great way to raise a little money to help out others without having to spend any of your own income.

I know there are several sites that do this, but I'm going to give you my two favorites that kinda go hand in hand and work well together, as well as the only thing you need to create an account is your email or facebook account. And of course these two sites are completely free(And of course safe).

I'm sure you know of Bing. Who doesn't? But do you know you can earn points by using Bing? Reward points for using them to search each day, and these points you can redeem to donate to chairties or Network For Good.

There's also a site you can redeem your Bing points for their credits, it's called "Swagbucks" a site where you can get points by watching videos, playing games, and quite a few other things. I however would not suggest trying to complete their "offers" that give a lot of sb (swagbucks, their currency) as any of them come with complications. I have learned this the hard way. These are just suggestions on sites you can use to rack up money for donations without actually having to spend any of your own money. Their also some fun sites if you personally want to reward yourself in small ways. ^^

Change To Help

For many years I have lived with this small idea that changing your perspective even a little bit every day, will help to change the world, even if by a little.

This blog is my attempt at bringing people together, at Changing to help the world. This doesn’t mean to go out and volunteer at some homeless shelter, or giving millions to help cancer.

This blog is simple, every month I would like to dedicate to a certain category, feminist, animal cruelty, welfare, homosexuality. Things that in our world that seem to be pushed aside, ignored, and people ignorant to these things. This is a blog where I sit and challenge you to change, even if just by a little, to help the world. Whether it’s simply by for a day listening and putting yourself in someone’s shoes. Viewing the world from their point of view.

I myself would like to make some bigger changes, as I have been practicing this for the past 8 years. So for every month’s “theme” I will be trying my best to promote it. Maybe by a monthly “item” that promotes the cause, and is sold on etsy then that money will be donated to the cause. I am more then happy to hear any suggestions on both themes and ideas on how to help the cause.

WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO:

What I REALLY want you guys to do, as “participants”, is to simply post what you’ve done. Maybe weeky or even doing a “month” change to help. Whether it’s “Today I saw a student being made fun of. And though I would normally ignore/shy away from them. I finally stood up today and said something.” Heck maybe “I brought the homeless guy down the street a lunch today.” Though I ask that you do please be careful and think before acting ^^ As you may not always know what kind of situations you are walking into. I have personally had many backfires, which is sad but true, so just please be careful.

I will also like to do a monthly dedication to one of the lovely #ChangeToHelp participants. You can always nominate what that months theme (As long as it hasn’t already been done this year) as well as a “Thank you” package, where I will send you a small package of items for your dedication to help the world through change.
