Challenge The Run

I don’t care if you never run another race in your life, because if you do face that fear, it’ll change your life. It’s the hardest thing you’ll ever have to do. But you gotta do it. And then…You’ll be able to push right through the pain. You’ll go right through the door. And when you’re about ready to pass out and your legs can’t move and your lungs can’t breathe and your eyes can’t see, you’ll know that it’s just the beginning. And it’s so beautiful.

Sometimes you just have to be brave. You have to be strong. Sometimes you just can’t give in to weak thoughts. You have to beat down those devils that get inside your head and try to make you panic. You struggle along, putting one foot a little bit ahead of the other.

It’s a shame how hard you are on yourself. You treat others with more love than you treat you. You deserve to be celebrated too.

You are good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, strong enough. Believe it, and never let insecurity run your life.

Approach each day with a yoga mindset. Sometimes you can hold every pose, sometimes you wobble and fall. Appreciate who you are in this day, without anticipating who you might be tomorrow.
