not gonna spoil anything but i really, really sobbed my eyes out over the jax scene. not because i love jax, but because it was really relatable as someone with borderline personality disorder. the guilt and shame of doing bad things and being stuck thinking you’ll always be a terrible person and thinking you’ll never be forgiven or deserve to be forgiven was felt on a spiritual level and made me sob.

and also the whole thing was beautifully animated. nothing will be able to recreate being able to see this episode in theaters. the music being composed, the symbolism, everything was so stunning and beautifully executed. i was literally in awe.
