Alex’s appearance undoubtedly stands out among the Illagers, and she doesn’t go unnoticed by a peculiar yet eccentric artist who resides in the Woodland Mansion: Raw, “The Painter.”

The Painter arrived at the mansion not too long ago (perhaps two or three years ago), and since then he hasn’t stopped insisting that Alex let him portray her in many of his works.

“𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦, 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘳! 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦!”

(Alex doesn’t particularly enjoy staying still for hours, but The Painter pays her a good handful of coins for posing, so she can tolerate it.)

A little more about my Minecraft AU! In my AU, Alex was adopted by the Illagers, growing up and being raised with their ideals. As an adult, she reached the rank of Vindicator (that’s where her dark coat comes from) and lives in the Woodland Mansion. In my AU, neither Alex nor Steve can die — meaning they’re immortal (though I haven’t really decided whether they have a fixed respawn point or if they just regenerate any damage they take when attacked). That’s why the Evokers send her on the most dangerous raids. Alex also faces harassment from the other Illagers, and whenever she defends herself (physically), she ends up being locked in the dungeons. She also struggles with some body dysmorphia.

¡Un poco más de mi AU de Minecraft! En mi AU Alex fue adoptada por los Illagers, creciendo y siendo educada con sus ideales. En la adultez, ella alcanzó el rango de Vindicador (de allí su gabardina oscura) y vive en la mansión del bosque. Es mi AU, ni Alex ni Steve pueden morir, o sea que son inmortales (aunque no tengo muy bien definido si tienen un punto de aparición o si simplemente regeneran el daño que reciben cuando son atacados), es por eso que los Evokers la mandan a las incursiones más peligrosas. Alex también sufre acoso por parte de los otros Illagers y cada vez que se defiende (físicamente) la terminan encerrando en los calabozos. También tiene algo de dismorfia corporal :((((
