yeah, so, i did definitely take enough history classes. it's not that family estates aren't common in my world, it's that, uh, estates aren't really a thing in my country. that's the kind of phrasing i would expect to hear about in the uk, where they still have true nobility. and on that note, do you know what a republic is?
If you've only learned about your own country and culture, then you need to take more history classes. You know they exist in other countries?? Then it should be easy to research.
Of course I know what a republic in. I minored in political science.
