I did things! Not the things I intended to make, but such is life. Fabric on mint tins with modge podge bound with pearl cotton.

Its done! Amethyst scarf using 2 skeins of each color using cascade 229 superwash wool.

My first attempt at macaroons are setting up now. Christmas Eve baking always cheers me.

I have had a difficult couple of weeks, personally, but I also managed to start a batch of mead. Four those of you not familiar, this is the air lock on top of my primary fermenting bucket. In another two or three weeks, i will rack (siphon) the mead into a clear glass carboy(fancy jar) and let it finish fermenting and the yeast sediments settle to the bottom. Another 2-4 weeks after that it will go into bottles and sit for a month before it will be ready to be consumed. A lengthy process, but sooooooo worth it.
