Depression and Opsession...

I’ve been feeling so bad for so many years that it feels normal to think these thoughts and feel the way i feel.

My problem is I can’t explain

Every night I'm just attacked by the same heavy sadness. I stare at the ceiling and feel it and feel it and feel it.

tbh I find it rly funny when ppl try to tell me about the damage I'm doing to my body as if I'm not intimately aware. & like. honey. do u think I'd be doing this shit if that mattered anymore
