Don't phrase it in a weird way!

E.g. "you have such great style, the color coordination is awesome" and definitely not "you must really be wanting attention baby"

Don't continue the conversation unless she expresses genuine interest

Her just saying 'thanks' and giving you a smile is not permission to continue - she must proactively want to continue the conversation. Otherwise, leave her alone, your work here is done!

This February I celebrate 50 months pussy free. It's been a journey of self discovery, realisation, actualisation and love - and the only thing I would do differently would be to do it earlier in my life.

Where do I even begin? Confidant, academic, friend, sexual goddess. She's all these things and more (although, not all of them with me…!)

Let's talk about living this lifestyle in the workplace - there are so many opportunities to boost women that you should be tripping over them every day!

Always withdraw from promotions if you're up against a woman. A really easy one - never go up against a woman. She'll be better than you at it anyway, so just don't confuse matters by putting yourself forward

Use water cooler gossip to your advantage. Boost any woman you work with "Oh I heard she did X and did Y and everyone loved what she did". Don't miss the opporutnity to talk shit about any male colleagues at the same time!

Coach and mentor (where appropriate!). If a female colleague could genuinely use some advice, go out of your way to give it. Even if you've got pressing deadlines or work piling up! Miss meetings if you have to. But, please, never EVER mansplain!

There was never any other 'zone' so just relax and enjoy yourself.
