Oooh wow, thank you very much. That really means a lot to me ^^ I would suggest to study Alternis' full body design as much as possible, even drawing it on paper a lot helps you get the idea of how the proportions work, unless you're trying to give it your own style. I used a lot of masking tape lol I covered parts of my body with saran wrap, then applied masking tape and drew the design on the masking tape. (Mostly on my arms and legs since I have a mannequin for the body part) As for crafting the armor, I used Eva foam. I used a heat gun to bend the foam in shape. I coated the armor parts with a couple of layers of wood glue to make it more sturdy. As for the helmet, it's reinforced with 2 coats of bondo and a couple of coats of wood glue. The inside mostly contains foam, so it's more comfortable to wear. I hope this helps ^^ I'm not really good at explaining things.
