Your future rental home, built in 2005, includes three bedrooms with two full baths, is a single-family residence, with 1172 sq ft living space. The home has vaulted ceilings in the dining and living room areas and a double car garage with automatic openers.

A perfect home for a person/family, who enjoys gardening a private yard and making a rental home your home. It has a large fenced and gated lot with four small raised beds in the backyard, as well, an automated sprinkler system. Another bonus to this home is RV parking on the side of the house.

The home is currently in the process of a cleaning makeover and will rent for $1,450.00 per month. The rental lease will include rent and regular landscaping and lawn maintenance. Utilities are not included and will be tenant’s responsibility. A list of service providers given upon acceptance of your rental application. A $1,000.00 security/cleaning/key and garage door deposit is required. A small pet under 30 pounds accepted with a $330.00 pet deposit. No smoking inside the home. Upon move-in, first and last month’s rent is required.

We will be taking applications and showing the home on July 14th and 15th between the hours of 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. We will not be showing the house on July 15th if rented on the July 14th. Please bring to the showing your current credit report or proof of your current FICO score, three references with at least one reference being a rental reference and current or previous address.
