Let’s talk starter locs ! How to start ? Coils Vs. Two strands well luckily I’m on my 3rd loc journey lol 😂 & have done both but prefer to start with coils even though I do enjoy being able to style my locs with the two strands. Parting does it matter ? Not really though I find square, brick & grab n go/free parting to be the easiest to manage if you plan to do loc maintenance at home. Size of parting will determine loc size so be mindful.
