true crime people will be like “its so hard for me to cover cases about children but this story needs to be told 🥺” and its like yes thats very much understandable to have difficulty talking about atrocities afflicted on irl children. which is why it is so brave of you to sacrifice yourself like that? like where would the world be without the same brutal tragedy being rehashed for the 2000th time by another set of profoundly sheltered individuals with only the shallowest (if not actively harmful and ignorant) insight to offer in between the skincare ad reads every 15 minutes?
