All Might definitely big like packing 9 or 10 inches I'd say( I mean the man is like 220cm right, 7'3?)

I like to think that he's the same size in both forms but he gets thicker in his muscular form.

He has veins in the underside of it and is definitely cut. I'd say skin tone in the bottom, tan in the middle, to slight reddish on fhe head.
