The physical changes over the past few years is crazy to me! I am so fortunate to have found both health and happiness so early in life.

It's almost March and my freckles are already coming in. It's going to be a fun year! 😋

So I just need to take a moment to openly talk about how incredible this man of mine is. A little over a week ago I had a really bad anxiety attack (it ranks in my top 10 worst for sure) which resulted in me hyperventilating, sobbing until my body hurt, and rocking back and forth in a chair in an attempt to calm myself down. I honestly don't think I have ever had anybody be able to make me feel as safe as David did not only that moment but in the days that followed. He assured me I only had to talk if I was ready to, that he would do his best to listen with an open mind and open heart, and that it was okay that this happens to me and no it doesn't make me a "crazy person." Thank you David for being my rock, my comforter, and a voice of reason and understanding when I feel like my world is flooding around me. I love you. 💕
