Cavan: *smiles, holds up a jar* “What a good thing I brought along some you weren’t likely to tip me into, just in case.”  Taniel: “I’d love to, but there’s a lack of new installation in the Three-Faced-Hall at the museum that needs talking up.  Tea is the kind of thing he’d probably do better without me around.” *does not actually wink at the two of them but looks like he wants to* Cavan: *puts a hand over his eyes* “Please go away.” Tan: *heading out the garden gate*  “Happy arbitrary prank day!”

Cavan: “I’m lucky you’re hard to charm.”  *pause*  “Wait.” Taniel: *gives Adelphie a good-humored in silent reply*

 Cavan: *shit-eating grin for which he is famous, starts to say something and can’t* Taniel: *carefully cleaning honey off his hooves before setting foot on Adelphie’s porch because he knows who’s boss here*  “He probably wanted to say that he’s sweet enough already, but he can’t lie.” Cavan: *turns bright red, especially the ears*
