I posted this to my twitter already, but to put it very simply;
I had to wrestle a g*n out of my mother's hands back in october-november.
If I hadn't, the person that makes this household hell would have died in a manner that would have traumatized the 2 kids I live with and resulted in the only person with a stable income being put away.
She's since been su*cidal in a desperate attempt to get us all out of this household.
We only got a temporary few months of rest when that person wound up in the hospital, though we thought that person was going to be sent elsewhere longterm. That ended up not being the case, as I received news this morning they would be coming back home in the coming weeks, which means things are about to get worse.
The minefield we've all been living in is coming back up.
I have to hope my mother stops being stubbornly against medication and keeps taking her meds to stay stable, that she can swap to a job that doesn't continue to mentally damage her, and that my father doesn't turn nuclear again like he did back in october when that person managed to press his buttons just right.
We have a backup plan if anything were to happen, which is to move in with another set of relatives, but I don't want it to get to that point.
I don't want the kids to be traumatized by their mother sacrificing her life to get us out of here.
And I know both I and my father would not be able to provide for them financially alone. He suffered a heart failure that disabled him, and I am also disabled and unable to find work.
Entry level jobs aren't entry level where I live, they want experience I have no way of actually having, and they require me to be 23+. I'm only 21. I can't just walk in to get work, I've been trying since I was 18.
My only income is my art. And it's not enough to make a living off of.
I'm still fighting with the hospital costs from earlier this year, I can barely support myself as is.
I'm sorry to dump this all out, but I need help. Badly.
I need work, I need money, I need anything to try and help my family and hope it doesn't get drastic.
