I had a mental breakdown over a neti pot and now I think he's seriously angry with me

I'm the most insecure bitch I've ever met

He's turned his phone off or let it die. He's out I'm sure. Drunk off his ass probably flirting with girls who are much prettier than me. Either way I don't feel as secure in what I thought I meant to him anymore, but I know I'm not his girlfriend. After Thursday he's been acting differently towards me, texting someone constantly while he's with me. Over all like I said I'm not his girlfriend so I guess what I think here doesn't matter. I know he loves me, he shows me all the time. But this weekend he's been slightly distant and with our history it makes me anxious. I just want to be okay with this. My life is happier and fuller with him than without. I know I'm the outside this looks bad but everyone going through their own shit. If you know me I'm real life I do not want to talk about it. I'm just insecure. I'm probably wrong about all of this and just over dramatic but I'm anxious that he's going to walk away again and I cannot handle that. Seriously do not talk to me about this Especially if this is about you. Let me be dramatic
