Now entering slung jacket season

My small essay turned wedding speech turned comic. I’m making these a little more regularly now, which is the direction I’ve been meaning to take for a while, and this one’s just a tiny dedication piece to the direct and indirect influences that keep us up and running.  Thanks to Lew and Pat, the musicians we’ve lost, and friends all across the board ;) And here’s to walkmans

Got home late fresh from the states and went straight to Grossman's tavern to see the Waring Blues Band. They've had to be cool with me drawing them for the past 5 years (one of the members has had to be cool with it for 20 years)
