As a traveler I feel it important to keep a little silver and gold on you hidden. I like the idea of having 1/10th gold coins and 1oz rounds of silver. It never hurts to know you at least have enough for a hotel, food and a plane ride home. Not everybody takes country bank notes. That #minimousewanders a 65lbs dog that stands to my knee in height. Pictures can do no justice to this mega boulder. People come from all over the US to climb the beast. I however, like many others have come for what we were told was attracted to the site. Not a bad #office for the next couple days. It’s true what is said among the #Vanlifers and #backpackers alike. It does get easier the more you do it. There was a time in my more recent past where I felt I needed more. A desk, a window, perhaps a #coffee machine with a variety of #flavoredcoffee and #creamers. But now I’m content under the shade of a huge rock in the middle of the #desert. I left Winslow Arizona and started back south to avoid snow. Tonight I'm staying in the Painted Rock Petroglyph site near the infamous Oatman Massacre. The infamous murders involved disgruntled natives and pioneers of the old west. Three of the young children ended up slaves among the native communities. Finally back on the road after two months of work. I've got some new tricks and even a #job I can do while #traveling the #US and #Canada. Currently in #Arizona heading towards #Sedona.
