I hope you meet the right people in 2017, those who will appreciate you and won’t take you for granted. But if you happen to come across people who just want to use you, I hope you know when to walk away.

Progress. Just make progress. It’s OK to have setbacks … It’s OK to draw a line in the sand and start over again - and again. Just make sure you’re moving the line forward … Take baby steps, but at least take steps that stop you from being stuck. Then change will come. And it will be good.

I hope you find someone who knows how to love you when you are sad.

Give people time. Give people space. Don’t beg anyone to stay. Let them roam. What’s meant for you will always be yours.
