I'm gonna take baby steps again, follow my journey on @thin-exe
So, since this period hasn't been the greatest, I'm gonna "reset" starting from tomorrow. Feel free to reblog and follow my plan as well, so we can smessage each other to support💕
Everyday:
At least 2l of water
Max. 800 cals,if possible vegan. NO EXCEPTIONS (meat is allowed if it stays in the calorie limit)
At least one hour of studying
At least 5,000 steps. Working out is not mandatory every day, but try to at least do 10 minutes of abs
Wake up before 10 am(if possible 6 or 7 am would be a great time)
DO NOT TOUCH THE BAD FOOD LIST(I'll do it later, and I'll post it here.)
As soon as I wake up:
Stretch for 10-15 minutes
No phone as soon as I wake up, and no phone untill 1/2 hour after stretching(so basically around one hour after waking up)
No phone 1/2 hour before bed. (if I'm pulling an all nighter, it is allowed but I'll try to use it as little as possible)
If possible after stretching blast some music and go for a walk
Drink a glass of cold water for breakfast
Total fasting time per week:72 hours(up to you how to arrange the fasting hours)

After lunch:
Read for 40 minutes MIN.
Don't binge on tv series
Try to be productive
Try not to snack.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU BINGE
Depending on the size of the binge I usually do these things:
Small binge (stomach is not full, for example a full meal for me is a "binge"(
-Drink lots of water to stay full
-don't eat anything else for the day
-the following day exercise and eat normally
A normal meal (stomach definitely full but not uncomfortable)
-drink water
-fast for 24 hours as a punishment and a reward at the same time
-talk to someone
-exercise but don't like have a heart attack lol
HUGE BINGE
-breathe
-meditate
-drink lots (LOTS) of Water
-fast for 24 hours, then for the rest of the week eat 500-600 calories
-think of it as a step towards the right direction, talk to someone.
-have a good cry if you need to, pamper yourself, watch your favourite movie and make a cup of tea with sugar(yes, you need to calm down so treat yourself with some carbs) because there is nothing worse than feeling like shit and not taking care of yourself.
-try not to puke, but if you really need to I'll try to find a post with what to do afterwards to not completely kill your health. Link will be down here.
