Carol Danvers + Wanda Maximoff

No, I haven’t been reading any comics lately.  But thanks for letting me know that they’re finally in a comic together again! I might have to look into this...

Since 8tracks is going away in a few days, here’s my Carol/Wanda fanmix.  Listen while you still can! I’m very proud of this one. 

It will be enough for me if they get to interact.  And considering how little Carol and Wanda have interacted in the comics in the last... well, House of M was in 2005, so in the last thirteen years, it would be nice to see them interact somewhere! 

OK, I admit I haven’t kept up with current Marvel comics AT ALL. Is there a possibility that Wanda and Starfox might hook up?  I’ve read Starfox in a few 80′s comics, but a lot of what I know about him came from Dan Slott’s She-Hulk run, where Starfox was depicted as... well, basically a rapist.  I don’t know if this is fair to his previous characterization -- as a Hank Pym fan I know that sometimes characters are retconned into being much worse than they originally were.  So while I wouldn’t judge any Starfox fans out there, it does mean that my limited exposure to Starfox means I instinctively feel he’s a creepy, smarmy guy.  And I don’t see how Wanda could be attracted to that. Plus, I’d just rather Wanda hooked up with women or robots from this point on.

I never actually posted the piece I commissioned from @sizzlingsaturn, did I? This is Carol as a sun goddess and Wanda as a moon goddess.   I love the nods to their costumes, and all the beautiful colors!
