i literally started bouncing on my bed and flapping my arms in joy when KITT came on screen in the intro (after not watching Knight Rider for over a month)

when i was watching a KR episode recently in Vrchat (with Nada in vr) I could TELL when KITT was onscreen even if i didnt look at the video player.

I'm grabbing and scratching at the floor while Nada keeps trying to drag me into Knight Rider and idk if it's working or not.

i'm with my best friend on gmod rn and i was talking about an idea i had for an animation regarding Junkyard Dog and the acid pit, so you know what?? you guys get to be tortured with the angst too. the animation starts with a view of KITT's dash, the windows break and the acid flows in. all of his systems go haywire as the acid slowly but surely covers everything but the ONE thing that is the loudest is the panicked beeping of his CPU. and when KITT calls out to Michael for help, that is NOT his voice modulator. THAT IS KITT'S CPU. KITT HIMSELF. BEGGING FOR HELP. and as he finally sinks down into the acid his scanner actually continues working for a few more seconds before it slows down and turns off entirely

me and my best friend often debate what would be the equivalent of (insert human organ here) for KITT since he's a car and all. my favourite is probably his engine being his stomach, SPECIFICALLY because i have a headcanon that he revvs his engine when he's angry (pretty much like a dog growling). so when you keep the ''engine is stomach'' thing in mind, it technically means that the angry engine revving IS ACTUALLY JUST A REALLY LOUD STOMACH GROWL and it makes me cackle every time i think about it

The engine being the stomach would be the best option because if the fuel tank was the stomach (bc thats where the fuel is.. stored) would mean the engine would be the legs. and that would mean the wheels are the FEET
