fav wade comic run? i love joe kelly wade since i started with him, the good the bad and the ugly is always a classic too! (tho i LOVE deadpool/death annual 97...) ive yet to catch up with his newest stuff :)

Holy shit thank you!!! I love the Duggan and Lolli Wade, but the good the bad and the ugly is definitely my favorite, or at very least top 3. The whole arc with Agent Preston and Ellie is top tier. Or Despicable Deadpool; when he memory wipes himself at the end it’s so well done (i could take or leave some of the comedy throughout, but overall I enjoyed it.)

The latest conclusive Deadpool run with Ellie, Taskmaster, and Princess (the symbiote dog) i actually didn’t really care for and didn’t even finish. To me it just seemed like filler, with little to no stakes and characters with surface-level motivation. The newest run (that got released on the 11th of this month) seems promising, as the description suggests it’ll be way grittier than the last run.

I’m hoping so, because I LOVE seeing serious Wade. When he talks to Ellie about his voice and why it sounds weird, or when he argues with Preston about why his mind is the way it is; it’s SO. GOOD. And thus far the art and writing have been promising (the writer is Benjamin Percy, who has a pretty good track record with his previous comics).

This has been a dream of mine for years, and I’m so glad I’ve finally achieved it!! Thing is, I’ve been so busy I haven’t had a chance to draw or really interact much with the fandom. But now that things are starting to calm down, I want to come back!!! Send me any asks or requests and I’d LOVE to respond! I missed you guys (and I’m so sad I missed loop day as well 😔)

I’ve had a *lot* of shit happen in my life in the last few weeks alone, so I haven’t had too much time to post. But here’s a bit of an art dump from then 😛 I hope things will calm down soon so I can get back to having a more consistent presence but we’ll see

I love love love hollows and occupy myself at work by thinking about how they’d work in a more realistic sense (hence why I went on my whole copper-based blood tangent a few months back). They’re seriously one of my all time favorite Creatures and I’m so sad the movie butchered them…

Unfortunately work is still kicking my ass. This last week our only seamstress quit and we brought on two new hires whom I have to train, so things are absolutely hectic. I also got a dog! Anyways, I hope you enjoy some hollowgast art while I get back in the swing of things 😛

In this piece, I imagined it taking place immediately post transformation, which is why the eyes aren’t completely covered by the black tar/tears/waste. They’re on their knees because similar to a newborn animal, they’re still figuring out how to walk properly. The tongues are also completely slack because they don’t know how to control them yet.

(Also fun fact the modern flashlight was invented in 1898!)
