day one: 600 cals

day two: 500 cals

day three: as low as possible

day four: 400 cals

day five: 600 cals

day six: 300 cals

day seven: exercise off 50% of the cals you eat

•RULES•

drink lots of water, tea, and coffee

avoid super-processed stuff (if possible)

spend time looking outside (your brain needs 20 minutes of outside zoneout time to function properly)

avoid greasy stuff or stuff with high fat content (like ranch or mayo)

food should mostly be natural and light if possible: fruit, cucumbers, nuts and seeds (high in cals, so moderation)

three bite rule for cravings

don’t purge. It’s not worth it. Terrible for your health, doesn’t get rid of calories

•EXERCISE•

At least 30 minutes daily walking (preferably outside)

50 jumping jacks in the morning

3 minutes of invisible jump rope

stretch

BELOW: CORE

20 leg lifts

20 second v-hold

15 toe taps

40 seconds of scissor kicks

a minute of bicycles

plank as long as you can

repeat core two times daily!

take breaks if needed! It’s better to do it slowly than to be too tired to do it at all
