I made a card with the same name and art a while ago but I wasn’t so sure of the design so I completely redesigned it. It’s probably better designed for commander but works fine as intended in a normal match as well, although i’m sure there’s a lot of ways to abuse this. Just in general I have no idea if this is balanced. It seems very, overly strong, but maybe the drawback of your opponent’s getting to use it balances it a bit?

While the image is gorgeous, what I really had in mind was trio of fae crafting a ring of light around a goblin or a young kithkin. Why? Read the flavor text :p Tagging master of rhymes @flavoracle to check it out.
