there are some characters who don't need a love story because it doesn't make sense for their character or their story arc but a love story is just shoved in the story anyway, which is annoying. but there are some characters who really, really don't need a love story because why the fuck would they need a love story. do u know who they're giving a love story. do u know.

Generally don't like the forbidden romance trope in contemporary straight media because who is stopping you from being together.
