After lunch at Kalk Bay, stroll to the park and the ceramic shop, with ice-creams.

The riding was good too, and so was the ciabatta.

Happy to say I can see the floor in a corner of the garage! Pretty successful over the last few months getting rid of stuff we should have unburdened ourselves of ages ago (two prams, piles of board- and picture-books, weird bowls, a mantlepiece – at last! – and other weirdness). And no one’s arguing over the few leopards and buffaloes in the wallet either…

Acrobranch – too cool. I hate heights but I am so doing a route next time. Nippers went round three times and would happily have gone again.

This is what weekends are about if possible. Flip-flops and flowers.

Sunday dinner. Totally cool if you don’t have to make it. Tedious if you do. Bit of a treat this week: two pork loins, carrots and potatoes – and don’t forget the wholegrain mustard (in the little green pot!). And no I didn’t make it 😄

Last application in and finished! V happy. Now just the wait.

Wood burning. Whole house warm :). Our new fireplace is fab.

Pinelands have offered nipper 1 a place at school :)
