I'm an actual bisexual woman who spent 20 active years in a material LGBT community, having sexual & romantic relationships with other women. I did this at a time when homophobia was far, far worse and the internet far more primitive. if your same sex attraction is not powerful enough that you have ever sought to act on it even though gay marriage is now widely legal in the western world and there are any number of avenues to meet other same sex attracted women - I do not give one single fuck about your "queer" opinions. theoretical homosexuality doesn't count. if you were really queer, nothing would stop you acting on that attraction in a meaningful way. I know that, because I am really queer and have spent time with countless other really queer people. calling yourself lesbian because men terrify you then spending 100% of your time on tumblr obsessing over attractive dicks is not queer and it never will be. calling yourself a gay man on the inside because you don't think it's woke enough to just be a straight woman does not make your obsession with attractive dicks 'queer' in any way, shape or form. saying you’re bisexual and occasionally reblogging an image set of a hot actress to prove it doesn’t change the fact it never mattered enough to you to pursue it and you’re still married with kids in the suburbs.
and I don't give a fuck if you married young. bisexuality in your head is still just bisexuality in your head. you made a choice. you have no authority on queer experience and no real presence in queer communities, so just shut up. the degree of performative homosexuality in fandom is just tiresome at this point. either eat pussy, or sit down.
