Managed to hit #RSFgym twice in a row #greatsuccess This place is huge and filled with all kinds of equipment. The best training sessions often happen here because I never have to wait for machines or rush my sets to let someone else use mine. No one ever asks #howmanysetsyougotleft . This gym is usually full of people, but it never feels crowded. First day back after taking a full month off. Didn't plan on or expect the break to be quite as long but c'est la vie. Started on a brand new program devised by @bodyperformancecoach.
