Check out some shots from our photoshoot of Monarch Casino! This project is centrally located in the city of Blackhawk and is the first large structure that can be seen driving up the mountain. CAP was contracted to build the 23rd floor of the casino using Oldcastle’s Reliance SS system with a metallic copper-painted finish. The product features two-part verticals used primarily in unitized glazing procedures. While some verticals require steel, all frames were sent to the project crated, to be flown by crane twenty-three stories to the top of the building. Check out our photoshoot at the Platte River Power Authority's new location! This building has a LEED Silver certification and approximately 56,000 square feet of total working space! Through use of Oldcastle FG3000XT Series, ultra-thermal storefront system, CAP fabricated this project that would be fitted with an external bull-nose sunshade. Check out our photoshoot at 169 Inverness! Using Kawneer’s Versoleil Sunshade system, CAP provided cut-list, cut the project and custom cut the corner extrusion to match corner conditions. CAP also crated the sunshade materials for transportation to ensure that no harm would come to the sunshades during shipping and site storage! FINALLY, A NEW CAP ON SITE! One of our most recent projects, Park 17, is an excellent example of how CAP Inc. continues to deliver the complete package to job sites! Park 17 is located in Downtown Denver and features Manko’s 250 – 7-5/8” Curtain Wall. This project included various steel-loaded verticals to prevent deflection in the large frames. While it was shipped to site, ready to build, CAP utilized wood crating and crane-friendly packaging for easy on-site handling. More photos of our work on the @coloradostateuniversity  Health & Medical Center! The CSU Health and Medical Center is a 4-story building on the Colorado State University Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. We fabricated this project using @kawneerbenelux Ultra-thermal 1600 Curtain Wall, 451T Center Glaze Storefront, and the Versoleil CW/SF Sunshade system. Curtain wall and storefront systems were pre-taped to steel for ease of sunshade installation. Cornering sunshades were compound mitered at 90 degrees for both curtain wall and storefront elevations. All stairwell elevations and the roof monitor also include custom mitering for the lantern-style sloping roof.
