in debt david graeber says that canceling debts and redistributing land has essentially been the programme of peasant revolts for the last few thousand years, and although it’s obviously not all-encompassing, can you imagine the effects cancelling all debts and redistributing property to those who live in it would have? it’s a pretty good programme honestly
